Pneumatic Sheller
The main function of this machine is to remove the husk(shell) from the paddy, in this machine two rubber rollwers are rotated with different speeds in opposite direction, when the paddy is between two rubbers rollers the husk to be removed by the the friction from the paddy without damaging the brown rice, this machine runs with the help of pneumatic mechanism because of this idle running is avoided, when the paddy is not flown into de-husking chamber, both the rollers get damaged, because of its advanced mechanism, a high speed blower is attached for cooling the rubber rolls ADVANTAGES:
